LCPA has the highest graduation requirements in the state, setting high standards and expectations that all students will complete 220 credits including the University of California system’s entrance requirements (commonly called the A-G requirements) in order to earn a high school diploma. “A-G” requires students to take a rigorous course of study, which includes three years of college preparatory math through algebra II, three years of college preparatory science, including two lab sciences, and two years of a foreign language.
