Dear Parents and Guardians,

It is with great pleasure that I welcome you to Latino College Preparatory Academy (LCPA). We are privileged to be in a safe and orderly university educational environment that supports an atmosphere of ‘respect’ that is conducive to learning for our English Language Learner student population.

We have a great staff that brings a positive energy and enthusiasm for learning which makes it exciting for our students at LCPA. We incorporate a “La Familia” approach to meeting the needs and supporting the academic and personal growth of our students in preparation for entry into higher education settings.

We have set high expectations for our students and are committed to helping them attain academic achievement and be prepared to be successful in college and in our community. We expect our students to be honest, to be responsible, to want to learn and willing to work hard in putting forth their best effort.

The support of the parents is crucial and key to the success of a student. Parents working closely with teachers and the school will ensure academic achievement for the student and make them eligible for scholarships to go to college.  We feel a commitment to the future of our students and understand that working together (parents and teachers) as a team we can prepare the next generation of Latino leaders who demonstrate honesty and integrity in our community.
